Artist Statement and Bio:

An exhibit of new scenes from the Atlantic Ocean, NY lakes and other area places, along with some unseen for years and three local buildings now closed. BFA from Kendall College of Art & Design in Grand Rapids MI, a former CBS courtroom sketch artist and a life-long musician. Victor is originally from Detroit.
